Every dupatta is made to order just for you. We do not offer refunds on orders due to the time and labor that go into each product. 

But rest assured, your order will be QA checked, and a video will be sent before dispatch. However, if you have received a damaged product, please notify us with proof at k4kuchnoor@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the order. 

We know your wedding is one of the most important days for you, and we promise to treat your order with the same care and attention. If you wish to cancel your order, write to us within 24 hours of placing the order at k4kuchnoor@gmail.com
